Introduction
As an GTFB employee for a few years, I've learned a lot about the recruiting process. Unofficial visits on game days are very special as it may be the first time a recruit may be visit the campus, meeting the staff & players and experience our campus and culture. Though, behind the scenes, it can get very hectic. I wanted to use this project as an opportunity to reimagine the experience within our program.
WHO
High school recruits & guests

WHAT
Adjusting the process and flow of interaction between prospects & recruiting staff to make a more efficient and stress-free experience.
WHERE
This event takes place every home game on the Georgia Tech campus at Bobby Dodd Stadium Plaza.
WHY
Getting recruits in & out to spend more time enjoying the actual event would essentially make the program look better, & attract more recruits and give parents confidence as well.
